Approach

At H202, Yoga is not approached as a routine, but as a precise practice to regulate the system and create clarity in everyday life.


We offer Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Breath & Release – distinct approaches that work through different entry points: movement, breath, and stillness. What connects them is a clear intention: to stabilise the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and restore access to presence and energy.


The practice goes beyond physical form. It creates space to observe, to reset, and to respond more consciously – rather than react.


H202 is a calm and focused environment for those who value depth, consistency, and a practice that has a direct impact on how they live and function.
